Underwhelming Experience
poor cleaning small bathroom
The location was convenient, close to public transport.
My room was not properly cleaned. I saw the same debris on the carpet throughout my stay. The bathroom was also small and the shower lacked a door. This resulted in water splashing all over the floor!

central location good cuisine beautifully furnished room superb breakfast
The hotel's location is central near transport links. The on-site restaurant offered a good fusion cuisine that I enjoyed. My room was furnished beautifully. It was maintained to a very high standard. The breakfast was superb. It had many options.
The gym can be accessed by people outside the hotel and by hotel guests.

Fantastic Design and Great Location
room design modern facilities friendly staff breakfast variety
I loved the room design. The room was super very comfy and tidy. The facilities felt very modern. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a very nice variety with a buffet or a la carte options.
I noticed some street noise at night. The windows could use better soundproofing. It was not a major issue, just something I observed.

friendly staff amazing location small bathroom poor insulation
I found the staff super friendly and always ready to assist. the location was amazing. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance.
the room was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom felt cramped. the window insulation was poor, and cold air circulated around the room, not ideal .

The breakfast area was far too small. Guests had to wait, and the staff struggled to keep up with demand for plates and bowls. The gym access was also a problem. It was not exclusive to hotel guests. Outside individuals also used it. This detracted from the overall hotel experience.

Balanced stay
easy access friendly team window mold unpleasant staff
The location proved perfect. It allowed easy access to transport. The team also seemed friendly as expected.
I found mold on the windows in the room. This likely resulted from poor ventilation. I also found the breakfast service lacking. Staff tried to move us from a table. They said it was for four people even though there were two of us.
